When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Profile picture (if available)
• Google account identifier

We store the content you create in Awit, including:

• Song lyrics and chord charts
• Event names and arrangements
• Comments and annotations
• Organization and team information

2.3 Usage analytics

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve our service, including:

• Pages visited and features used
• Performance metrics and error reports
• General usage patterns

Important: Our analytics are cookie-free and session-only. We do not track you across sessions or create persistent user profiles.

• Hosted on Supabase infrastructure with enterprise-grade security
• Backed up regularly to prevent data loss
• Accessible only by authorized personnel and systems

6.1 Access and correction

You can access and update your account information through the Awit interface.

6.2 Data deletion

You can delete your songs, events, and other content at any time. Contact your organization administrator to remove your account entirely.

6.3 Analytics opt-out

You can opt out of analytics tracking in your browser settings. We also respect “Do Not Track” browser settings.

Awit uses minimal cookies only for essential functionality:

• Authentication tokens to keep you signed in
• Theme preferences (dark/light mode)
• Session management

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Awit integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Google: For account authentication and sign-in
• Cloud infrastructure providers: For database hosting and data storage
• Analytics service: For privacy-friendly, anonymous usage analytics
• Email delivery service: For transactional emails such as team invitations

Each third-party service is bound by its own privacy policy and security measures. We select providers that meet our standards for data protection.

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. We ensure adequate protection through appropriate safeguards and legal frameworks.

Awit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are in the European Union, our legal basis for processing your data is:

• Contract: To provide the Awit service you've agreed to use
